This is what it feels like to be in a narcissistic relationship. I know—because I’ve been there, and even though I’m a doctor, for 20 years I missed all the warning signs. Think of this blog as a roadmap through the twists and turns of narcissistic abuse—so you can make sense of what’s happening, break free from the confusion, heal the damage done, and become narcissist-proof moving forward.  Remember: Despite what the narcissist led you to believe:

You’re not crazy—that shit really happened. It wasn’t your fault. And you’re not alone.
